“Room was very comfortable, staff are friendly, foods is excellent. But, it needs improvement in car park facilities, an additional staff for parking may be better at peak season.”

Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical. “Bedroom comfortable, lift out of order”

“This is the second stay at The Grand. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We were bed and breakfast , the bed was very comfortable, the room was a decent size and the breakfast was very good. Although the room was clean the main window needs attention as putty is missing which makes it drafty and also it needs painting. The flat roof outside is an eyesore. We found the wifi poor and the size of the tv too small for the size of the room. A big positive for us is the location of the……
