Condo Rentals in Erewash District

"It's not a well run place but does have some nice. We arrived at 3.45 and our room was not ready. The electrics were faulty in our appartment. We stayed 2 nights. On the first night, we could not turn some of the lights off. On day 2, we could not turn the lights on and used lamps. There is no provision for food and the nearest places to eat or buy food are not near. The heating is not great - no central heating. On one day, we lost hot water. The place needs investment. "

"Communication was all over the place. Too many people responding. We were receiving different information for everyone. We didn’t get the code until just before check in. We arrived at the place only to realize the key was in a lockbox a quarter of a mile away. It was on a bike rack with another lock box and I was unable to open. "The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages sent which was great. Information provided was clear and easy to follow. The apartments and car park were both very secure. The apartment was very clean and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only small negative was that the bathroom was a little small and the water pressure in the shower could be better but, overall everything else was great. We would stay here again "
