「I’ll be honest because reading the reviews didn’t help me at all. this isn’t what i was expecting at all. the room that we received had ants all over the bed. air conditioning wasn’t on prior to arrival and had the room HOT for a while, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like someone took a piss all over the bathroom and left it. there was no mirror on the closet although the other rooms had mirrors, there was no refrigerator even though the other rooms had refrigerators. the staff would come in...

Yes there is seaweed- there may be a scent but we didn’t let it ruin the trip (it’s really not that bad people) the resort was gorgeous. 「I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid...

「A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.」
