“Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer. Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on……

“Great location, not too far from Amsterdam Centraal and Centrum, but far enough away from crowded, chaotic touristy areas. Lovely area of Amsterdam, Westerpark. Houseboat was very cute, on a quiet canal lined with other cute houseboats and very close to a lot of amenities… grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, public transit, bike rentals, shopping. The room was cute, cozy and clean, and hosts were very nice. The weather was very rainy the weekend we stayed, and the sounds of rain on the roof was……
