“Pas de chauffage en arrivant (2° à l'extérieur), même en utilisant la climatisation réversible nous ne sommes pas arrives à avoir une température confortable. La cafetière était absente.”

“Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand.”
