“Die Rhön war überraschend im Schnee versunken und die Unterkunft per Auto kaum zu erreichen. Der umsichtige und ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieter kontaktierte uns daraufhin und bot uns in Sorge um unser Wohlergehen von sich aus eine vollständige Erstattung an.Natürlich waren wir ein wenig traurig ob der verpassten Reise, aber vermutlich wäre das mit unserem Stadtauto wirklich nicht gut ausgegangen.”
