「Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw...

「We had a great time in Inverness, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Inverness.」

「Apartment was very clean and obviously well maintained. Had dinner in the Waterside restaurant and it was excellent, sea bass was amazing and the staff were very professional.
£12 to park overnight in hotel car park, come on Glenn Mhor, thats extortion and will be off putting for future stays for sure !! 」
