“The parking is reachable from the main apartment. The location can’t be beat, and all the amenities are top notch. However, you’ve got a bit of a slog if you have too much luggage.”

“Adorable 1 bedroom apartment on 2 stories walking distance from restaurants on broad. Lovely charm and a cool wrap around porch. Very southern! Only criticism is the bed was foam or something and while soft and first we both could feel it in the am. I also thought the living room furniture looked old so we did not sit in there at all. Host was awesome! And i would highly recommend! ”

“This property was clean and very spacious. We had some trouble with the door code at check in but it was immediately resolved by reaching out to the rental contact. We had no other issues at the property. I do have two suggestions, the back gate was not closed properly when we arrived (a hazard for those bringing pets, the lock needs to be repaired) and it seemed a few of the kitchen items were in need of replacement (cookie sheets and some utensils).
