“We stayed here for a wedding, beautiful property and the beds were comfy, a good nights sleep and we had kind receptionist. Our neighbours were noisy at 2/3am in the morning and there was a bit of dirt in the sink when we arrived but this did not affect our stay. ”
“Everything about the hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were fabulous with the Spa and we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant the Upper Deck each ever our stay because the food was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”
“Lovely stay could not fault anything except the tv advertised as having SKY tv but is only the 4 min channels as the TV refuses to connect to internet and would only been Netflix Amazon etc anyway not sky”
“We had a sea view room accessed via lift. All the staff are polite and approachable nothing is too much to ask.
The ocean waves lulled us to sleep and woke us ready for a new day. The town of Sidmouth is quaint by modern standards which only adds to it charm. A return visit is very likely. Many thanks Sidmouth.”

“Our short break at the Masons Arms was most enjoyable.The staff and service were excellent,the food of a exceptionally high standard for a pub.The accommodation was really very good being refurbished a couple of years ago and the premium room was very spacious and fitted out tastefully.If I could offer a positive critique it would be to change the light bulbs for a brighter type as the room could be quite dark.Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely visit again.”

Hotel is being upgraded and I was in an older single room overlooking the rear garden. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with everything you needed (except shampoo). Complimentary at the bar and lovely breakfast.
Excellent value and I would return. 5 star if the room had been a modernised one.”
