The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating.The roof top restaurant and pool area is top shelf. The waitstaff in the morning need to polish their serving skills slightly. ordered breakfast (pancakes), side of bacon and cappuccino. Brought the pancakes with no syrup. Side of bacon...

「Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....
