「Absolutely perfect for 4th of July weekend! It was just what we needed to unwind. The views are spectacular, we could see fireworks displays from all over the lake! Our neighbor also did quite the fireworks display! We will definitely be back! The space was so clean & comfortable, and every amenity you could ask for.」

「Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.」

「The space was fantastic, it stayed cool enough even on the very hot day/night we stayed. overall super comfy. All the amenities provided were great and functional, it was nice to enjoy a coffee on the patio/balcony.Barb was a fantastic host and being able to hear her story and meet the goats and the barn cat was definitely very fun.The location was not too far from Corning and the drive was straight forward and easy.Naturally, it's on a goat farm and near a cow farm, so there's a touch of a smell...

「Overall, exactly what I expected. Beautiful location. Neighbor a bit aggressive, but I understand.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing located up on a hill with a view and among trees and farmland. The space is clean and comfortable with a fun vintage vibe. 」

「Samantha was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The location was perfect for our weekend.」

「Best sleep ever! The mattress, pillows, and sheets literally made me dream about checking the brand! I woke up so rested and ready for our vacation! The location was one mile from food and bars. The parking was a struggle for my big truck but we made it work. Only a slight incline walk to the house from the parking lot. Sunrise views and running path my the river were amazing! Would stay again!」

「We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.」

「全てにおいてストレスフリーな最高の旅だったよ！日本から来た友人も良い思い出ができたと言ってるよ。ありがとう！」
