“Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. “To be totally frank this property room wise is stuck in an 80,s time warp and in dire need of modernising. Whilst it was clean in this day an age to label it superior is far from what the room actually is especially with the lack of power sockets by the bed. To some people of a certain age this may still appeal but to be totally honest for what they are charging it totally fails on all points.roosuperior. ”
