「1. We were forced to attend a breakfast talk, which required us to bring VISA cards and IDs 2. No VIP access or upgrade 3. Servers cannot speak English fluently」

「This place was AMAZING!! The bed is super comfy, the pillows were super fluffy, the closers were huge, the room was super clean and the view — amazing!! Get the ocean view room with the balcony! You will not regret it! The pool and the beach were so beautiful!!! The people there were so accommodating and kind and really took the time to chat with their guests. We felt so special during the trip! It was wonderful. We were there for 7 days and it still felt too short. If you’re considering going —...

「This hotel is very underrated and it was amazing! I would stay here everytime I go back to puerto Vallarta.」

「5Frogs is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, and two pools. Only a short walk to a great beach. The staff is fantastic. David the Bullfrog manger ensures you have a great stay. Oscar the bar tender and entertainment director is always a pleasure to visit with. Kim, is a great new addition since my last stay. Housekeeping is always on top of keeping the rooms perfect. I can’t wait to return.」

「Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.」

「Excelente hotel, comida deliciosa.
