「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「Overall experience was okay. I probably would not recommend for family especially if you want to relax after a long day. Check in info wasn’t provided until I reached out 30 mins prior to check in time. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Place could use some new towels/linens. T.V. wasn’t working when we got in but my husband was able to get it working after checking all plugs and cables. The bathroom in main bedroom did not look or feel clean. Tub could use an extra scrub and shower...

「This was a great, spacious, and clean property (and neighborhood/area) that was also a great value for our weeklong stay. The location ended up being perfect for us, and centrally located for various areas we were visiting while there. The main critique we had (and it’s a small one) is that there were no trashcans upstairs at all, so we always had to carry trash downstairs. And the downstairs/kitchen trashcan had typical 13-gallon bags to use with it, but was much smaller can than that, so we...

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms that easily accommodated our group. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for visiting Orlando attractions. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that several basic supplies were either missing or provided in very limited quantities. Items such as laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and kitchen...
