"We loved the hotel's decor. The pool and bar area with the backyard bar was beautiful. Beds and pillows so comfortable. One thing I would add is minifridge for the room, but otherwise 5 star!!"

"This is always one of my favorite stays in Charleston. Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms with great amenities, and the staff is always pleasant. The coffee shop in the lobby has become one of My favorites in town. Well worth the price when it’s a bit higher to be right in the middle of everything with modern amenities. "

"We had a great stay at this Drury. The room was quiet and comfortable. The food for breakfast and the 5:30 Kickback was good and plentiful. We had no trouble with waiting times for the bar drinks. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the planes flying over. "

"Beautiful spacious room with a balcony . Fully updated but still had an old world charm to it . The bathroom was spotless, bed was super comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome with a complimentary bottle of champagne . The only thing that needed an upgrade was their tv - it was too small for the room and no Netflix etc available. The hotel has an excellent location too, walkable to the waterfront and kings street etc"

"From the moment I arrived until the time I left, this hotel provided the best customer service. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt inviting. I had just checked out of another large chain hotel due to its disappointing cleanliness and service, and I was given a full refund. Coming here was a much better choice—not only was the price more reasonable, but the customer service was far superior. The only area I’d suggest improving is offering a wider variety at the continental breakfast. Other than that, everything was excellent. The front desk staff was outstanding, especially Tamarah and the African-American woman with glasses and curly hair, who checked us in on Saturday at 1:00 and checked us out this morning. She was absolutely amazing, and I wish I had caught her name. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 10/10 and would absolutely recommend it!"
