"We stayed in a bunk pod. The room was great! My teenage son loved the top bunk. It’s very small but all you need for resting at the end of the day and sleeping. Very close to public transportation and Times Square. I felt very safe in the area around as there were always people around, but the room was quiet and we didn’t hear outside noise. My only complaint… not having a coffee maker in my room. "

"There's plenty to do/see in the nearby area of 42nd Street. Thats a big plus!! The hotel's downstairs interior is absolutely gorgeous. However, I experienced having a room with a very large water bug (roach) which scared the bejeezus out of me once I discovered it. God knows how long it was there visiting with me lol. There was also a problem with the rooms temperature. Other guest had the same issue in regard to their room temperature. I was immediately changed to another room for my issues. Although, the new room had no bugs, it did in fact have water damage throughout. Which was an eye sore lol when in the room. My motto, spend only 4.5hrs in your hotel room once awake... sleep, wash, dress, snack, photo op, then leave. Outside of the room issues, the hotel staff was pleasant. The night life in NYC is always fire!! You can't go wrong. Enjoy everyone!!"

"You get what you pay for. Dont expect anything classy, but it does the job. I only spend time there to sleep, so two clean beds were enough for the family. Being two minutes from Time Square is a great bonus! "

"Great central location, staff was friendly, they give you free water vouchers, charge a destination fee of $35 a day but they give you $35 credit for this a day, cleaning people were available if needed, easy check out, rooms were quiet. "
