“Fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. 5 stars”

“So pleased with this property! Bedrooms are far enough from each other to offer privacy. Lots of comfort touches all around. Felt more like staying at a friend's house than a stranger's. Super clean. Amazing location with walking access to soooo many things. Earplugs appreciated, due to life on the street/square below. But everything else is totally worth the trade off.”

“Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise……

“Perfect location”

“Very communicative and accommodating”

“Very dirty with hairs on the floor and food crumbs in the couch. Stains all over the furniture. No remote for the TV, and despite multiple requests, owner refused to provide one during our week long stay so we had no TV the entire time! The kitchen sink was so clogged that we had to wash dishes in the bathroom. A/C was locked on FREEZING and there was no way to adjust temperature in order to be comfortable. Bed was beyond awful- mattress is so old that we both rolled into the middle and……

“I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. But everything looked care for and in working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. I loved that the bedroom and the living room had a tv with many channels and apps. The balcony……

“Good stay”

“Location was great. It was very good for what we needed.”

“The location is PERFECT! I love how we could simply go downstairs and have access to amazing restaurants and super cute boutiques for shopping. We met the cleaner and she was so kind. The owners were very quick with responding to any questions I had and very accommodating to our needs. My only feedback that future renters should be aware of is that it can be loud first thing in the morning and late at night depending on what is going on in the Market Square. Thankfully, the owners left plenty……

“We loved the loft! It was beautiful. Loved the tall windows. In fact, we were treated to fireworks Friday and Saturday night. Not sure why but we enjoyed it. Everything was clean and beautifully kept. Would definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Knoxville. I messaged the host a couple of times. He responded quickly. Parking was easy and nearby at the Jackson lot. It was a perfect weekend. Thank you!”

“This was the perfect spot for a weekend in Knoxville. Close to everything and Missy was the prefect host.”

“This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!”
