"There was only one bar serving the whole resort. They were short on staff.. the food was ok, but they only had one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The room were clean, some of the staffs were real friendly and helpful, but I am not sure if they are going through a transition, it seems like they are short on staff, and most of their employees were handling multiple tasks and jobs.. "

We had a rough travel day dealing with cancellations so we arrived later than expected so having to have instructions told to us rather than written out to read at our leisure was the reason for the 4 on check in. "One of the top homes that we have rented on St. Croix. Every amenity as promised. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the pool was wonderful. Rocky, the property manager, was extremely helpful. On top of that, the views are stunning!"

"We (3 couples) stayed in March 2026. I am giving it 3 stars based on a mix of good and bad aspects of our stay. On the plus side, the house has a stunning view. The pool is small but refreshing. The two upper bedrooms have comfortable beds and nice ensuite bathrooms. Management was responsive and the maintenance guy was great (thanks John)! The house was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Pre-stay communication was confusing. We could not unlock one of the bedroom doors on arrival and we had to call maintenance. During our stay, the dishwasher never worked, the garbage disposal didn’t work but was replaced, and several other things were either damaged or not working properly. This could be a cool property with some maintenance. "

"The house was exactly as advertised. We so enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the "verandah" with the beautiful views of the ocean. There was plenty of cooking equipment although we ate out most of the time. We did have an issue finding the house the first night! "

"This property's location is perfect. House needs some repair, but nothing that interferes with your stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Great outdoor space with relatively new grill. Unmatched views! Walk to Jack's Bay. Walk to Grapetree Resort restaurants. Close to Christiansted. Would definitely stay here again. "
