A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated. I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner. It was significantly improved from our previous visit.”

“The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. ”
