“As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum.”

“Location could not have been better or easier to walk into downtown at night for dinner and drinks. Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. The location is quick and easy to everything in downtown; we walked almost everywhere straight from the house, never needing more than 15 minutes to get to our destination. A hidden gem on a quiet side street, we will be returning next time we stay in Portland.”

“This was the perfect location for our group of 6 family members coming together to attend Bates College graduation. While we were about half an hour from Lewiston where the activities were, we were also convenient to Portland and the fun shopping of Freeport. The house is super comfortable, well appointed and maintained. I highly recommend the property.”

“My husband and I rented from Ryan for a long weekend to go to the Fryeburg Fair which was apx 30minute ride. Place was wicked clean and in a great location. Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. I love sitting in the hot tub after waking around the fair all day. The only draw back is there isn't a table next to the hot tub to place my drink but I managed. I……

“We were two families visiting for a long weekend. Mark and Sara's home was set up perfectly for us, with a nice big common space and plenty of beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sun set over Crystal Lake. The house was very clean, and Mark was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, immediately responding to any questions we had. The house is close to shops and restaurants in Harrison and Bridgton, and Crystal Lake is lovely and peaceful.……

“The kitchen was very well equipped. Living room was so cozy with the fire. Bed was super comfortable. The unit has really tall ceilings and is cozy. Only issue was the dog upstairs. They kept barking and whining.”
