“It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. Would definitely recommend this home.”

“Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down……

“we were lucky enough to stay at this property for 6 nights and it exceeded every expectation we had. the home is sparkling clean with tasteful layout and decoration. we particularly loved the screened in porches (there are 3 of them!) for reading, dining and simply drying our towels/bathing suits. personally i enjoyed the fact that the swimming pool was right next door and i enjoyed it every day of our visit with never another guest in sight! it was a great privilege to spend our valuable……

“Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections”

“We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. The queen mattress was very comfortable. All the units were full and ALL the guests were so friendly... considerate... kind. The laundry is communal, and there……

“Excellent location and room! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/dock in the morning with our tea watching an osprey family nearby. We had everything in our room to be comfortable and to make our own meals or a short walk for area restaurants. ”

“Where do we start your own private island oasis. We caught all the fish we could possibly want, including redfish, snook, sea, trout and sheepshead. we had the Dolphins feeding out of our hand great place and the host is excellent deal with! Great place with plenty of room.”

“The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.”

“Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan”

“Enjoyed watching several species of birds and an Iguana on the screened in porch. It’s a two mile drive to J. N. Ding Darling Wildlife Reserve entrance, and about .25 mile to the beach parking lot. Nice quiet beach.”
