"Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds and great shower. Just a feedback lifts were not working and we asked for a wake up but when we arrived to our room phone was not working. And a/c was not turning off so I called reception from my mobile 3-4 times but noone answered."

"Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor. The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm. Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining. Staff were very friendly"

"A peaceful countryside Welsh gem with pool, gym and spa included. Second stay here, there is a choice of modern or heritage rooms. We love everything here, grounds, rooms, breakfast but hugely rate the staff. Some people love modern, but the heritage rooms are spacious and quite special, full of character and have a good sized bathroom, ours even had a dressing room. The establishment is undergoing renovations under the new management but this is not in view of guests. "

"Hopefully I’ll be back in early spring with the family. I loved the fact that check in was 2:pm which gives you more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel is a little isolated but not a million miles from nowhere, so having a vehicle is important to explore the area. I wished I had stayed longer."
