「Amazing cozy property, super close to Half Moon Bay shops, short bike ride to the beach, beautiful trails and the harbor. The property was exactly what we needed to enjoy a few days in the sun. The host was super accommodating and very responsive, great neighborhood and a cute local coffee shop just a two minute walk down the road. 」

「We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...

「The house has so much character. Very spacious with high ceilings. It was perfect for a stay while I was in the area for work. Looks like it would be amazing for family’s. Upstairs attic type of room with beds for family. Two bedrooms downstairs beautiful. Very nice accents and attention to detail. Perfect location and quiet and serene. Recommend! 」

「Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go. It was eventually cleaned the next...
