「We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.」

「The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.」

「Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

「Perfect location! A really cute apartment within walking distance of restaurants, awesome bakery, both stadiums … and the FREE streetcar gets you even closer to everything downtown. Check-in was super easy. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. This is a 5 star accommodation!」
