「Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun...
