“I loved my room.Breakfast was great and fulfilling. My only complaint was the lack of towels ...and when the employee brought out new towels,security accused him of trying to steal one towel when he nor the 3 grandkids didn't have a towel at all. Their ages ranged from 2,4 & 10 months. Needless to say they were quite wet going into the elevator! Everything else exceeded our expectations!”

“This property meets minimum standards for habitation. There is never not the smell of marijuana being smoked somewhere on the property. The appliances in my room did appear to be new and worked well. The bed was worn out, but the sheets were clean. The walls were scarred and needed to be repainted when I moved the television set for better viewing. There was an old children’s cookie underneath the stand, and although I didn’t see any rodents or roaches if this is going to be the standard of……

“we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support……

“Lobby Area and Adjacent Hallways smell absolutely awful and the carpet are stained brown. Room smelled like bleach and had orange residue on floors. Kitchenette was working and other amenities were fine.”

“So, here's the list: 1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and……

“The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.”

“My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. I have made arrangements to stay another five days at the Belmont in November. The Belmont Inn & Suites is reasonably priced. There……
