「We were in town for a wedding and booked The Captains Quarters. We had a great stay and enjoyed the location - so fun to watch the boats come in and just a short walk into town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!」

「The property was as depicted in the pictures. I have to give the owners props. The place didn’t smell mildewy like a lot of beach properties do. Communication was top notch, and the check in process was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend. 」

「We loved the area. We loved having access (just a few blocks) to the ferry to go into Norfolk. The unit was just what we wanted: quiet, plenty of room for us with two bedrooms. Kitchen had all we needed. Loved the outside veranda especially in the morning. 」

「This is a great place to stay! It puts you close enough to the beach, but without most of the traffic. There’s plenty of shops in case you forgot something. Overall, my friends and I had a great time; would probably stay again.」

「Loved being on 40th st. and Oceanfront!Very cute decor, nice comfy bed. Pool and bikes, beach towels and chairs are provided. Lawn furniture and grills too! Staff was super friendly and the hosts were in kind and communicated well. We had a great time! Would stay again!」
