“Great property in a great location”

“Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard. They are located only two minutes away from Meschutt beach. We’ve Enjoying this……

“We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! Mark gave detailed directions about the house and provided us with lots of information about the neighborhood. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to be together. Highly recommend this rental!”

“My family of 5 stayed here for almost two weeks. I think this house is great for short stays ( a few days) for older people who are using this as a home base to go explore the surrounding areas. - We were unable to use the house until at least 3 hours after check-in because it was being cleaned. We went into the house and surprised the cleaning lady, 2 hours after check-in. We left to give her time to finish. The house was not as clean as I would have expect, or have experienced in other……

“Charming house conveniently located between Sagg Harbor and Bridgehampton. Wonderful outdoor setting for dinners, lounging by the pool and enjoying the last weeks of summer. The pool and ping pong tables provided hours of fun on the occasional rainy day. Vincent was a wonderful host and was super organized and responsive. He thought of everything and made our experience a true pleasure.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Very convenient to the town of Sag Harbor. House was very comfortable in every way. The only thing I would recommend is to outfit all of the windows with some kind of window coverings. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay here.”

“This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had……
