正規獨棟飯店,雖不大但應有盡有!而且進房間後就可以感受到濃濃的日式飯店的管理,有免治馬桶、裝置都有感受到日式的服務,雖空間不大,但很溫馨舒服!早餐選擇多,吃得很開心,真如網上評價,可信度很高,大推,之後若有機會仍會選擇入住~

The room design was bad as you would need to pass through the door to grab the towel. The gym was off early at night. Tissue was not refilled. The room was clean and at good location. Breakfast was ok.

There is a creep receptionist who constantly ask for your attention. Literally constantly asking for attention and felt like he been following me as well. Breakfast is good but not much option for room service. Massage was meh, a person who giving me massage constantly went out and was on the phone as well

Do not book here on an important day
Customer beware. This hotel double books their rooms to guarantee their sales and tries to provide other rooms to customer saying it’s an upgrade. I booked a suite room at this hotel 2 weeks ago online. When I arrived at the hotel today, I was offered an upgrade - apparently to a bigger room - but I refused it after taking a look at the new room because it was uglier and did not have a private balcony as I wanted. So I came back down to the lobby to ask for the room I initially booked for, but guess what the room wasn’t available from the beginning because someone else has taken it already. The hotel repeatedly asked me if I could stay in the room they’re offering just for tonight following me outside and stuff but I was so annoyed I couldn’t bear to listen to it. Now it’s almost 7pm I’m looking for a new hotel for myself for tonight. This has totally ruined the first day of my business trip as well as my meetings scheduled for tonight. Probably the worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life.

조식도 훌륭하고 쾌적하고 조용했습니다. 인근 롯데센터도 가깝고 일본 대사관 카페거리와도 가까워 식사할 곳도 많고요. 만족스럽습니다.

立地・広さ良し、快適、お勧め。
ハノイの中心かつ大通りに面していてロケーションは最高。 また部屋は広くて清潔でとても快適だった。 ホテル内にスパもあり旅の疲れを癒すこともできリフレッシュできる。 次回ハノイに宿泊するときはまた宿泊したい。
