「Good property, older but cleaned up nicely, mostly well equipped, other than no shampoo/body wash provided (but they did inform you prior to arriving), good supplies in kitchen especially lots of coffee for the Keurig which was appreciated. We all found the beds very comfortable! Great air conditioning - was very hot when we were there but the house was comfortable. Met our needs for a comfortable place to stay with free parking for a couple of nights prior to our cruise.」

「So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

"It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass expires at 4 PM. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants close at 8 PM. The lounge closes at 10 PM, and last call for the kitchen was about 9:15. Plenty of water dispensers onboard. Ice machines and vending machines are also available. Rooms are obviously old, but they are clean. The ship gets cool at night from central conditioning, but they said extra blankets are available on requests. The metallic walls do let sound travel, but guests are made aware and it was quiet after 10 PM. Would definitely stay on board again. Thank you for keeping the last of her kind super ocean liner available for the public."
