"everything was amazing. location. security as well as the helpfulness of the staff. just remember though, if you stay more than 3 days, housekeeping WILL come into your room to tidy and there is NO sign saying Do Not Disturb or NO CLEAN. just be prepared for that."

"Location is amazing in the mist of shinjuku! Lots to do around, you would not be bored here. Bath amenities are superb!! The only thing is there’s no lobby, like the check in area is just a desk with a table? Weird front desk, no sense of arrival whatsoever. There’s staff around the front desk area but only appear if you need help? That was kind of odd. Other than that great building lots to do eat with the tower and lively neighborhood. I would stay here again!"

"Room is small, but that what lower price worth of it. Location is superb, only 15 minutes walking to Shinjuku train station. It is in a very busy street, full of shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for lower budget tourists."

"Rooms felt pretty clean they offer a lot of amenities and good baggage storage and breakfast. The area outside of the hotel was convenient but not as clean as Shibuya."
