“L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.”

“What a gem of a property!! Not only were Camille and Xavier the nicest people, the property was amazing, spacious, clean, luxurious…. I could go on. Xavier even helped me park our rental in a tight spot on the street! Loved every bit of this stay and I would absolutely rent again!!”

“Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, dans une résidence sécurisée et sécurisante. Procédure d'entrée comme un jeu de piste, mon fils a bien aimé ;) Au pied de l'immeuble un parc, avec aire de jeu pour les enfants, un Franprix et une boulangerie, bien pratiques. Ligne 13 à 10min à pieds, super pratique aussi. Très bon contact avec Sam, par messages.”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour sur Paris, notamment grâce à un logement qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Qui plus est notre hôte Ilze et son mari étaient extrêmement réactifs, sympathiques et d'une grande gentillesse lors de nos échanges lorsque nous les contactions. Rien à redire. Bravo ! “There is no living room, but plenty of space for one person and possibly two. The price was reasonable given this. The apartment is in a great location, an easy train ride into Paris and plenty to do in Clichy itself. There are many restaurants and fast food places around. The area is somewhat noisy with sirens at night fairly often, but a lot of Paris is this way. Walls are thin, but people were not up late and there were no crying babies. Overall, I enjoyed the place and thought it worked out……

“Klug aufgeteiltes Appartement, für zwei Personen wunderbar. Bequemes Bett, Küche für kleine Mahlzeiten, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Bad ohne Fenster, gemütliches Sofa. Lage im EG während der Hitzewelle in Paris perfekt, da nicht ganz so aufgeheizt. Tolle Bäckerei / Patisserie nur 50 m entfernt. Sehr netter, (auch) englisch sprechender Vermieter.”

“Great location for getting into Paris and Versailles by public transport. Quiet residential area and felt very at home there. Kitchen could do with a bit of TLC; no sink plug and missing finishers. But otherwise an enjoyable stay”

“Appartement très bien situé pour séjour à PARIS, bien décrit dans l'annonce, spacieux fonctionnel Par contre appartement vieillissant... prise arrachée dans l'entrée, scellé de placard arraché aussi , le ménage laisse à désirer rebord de fenêtre très sales, évier pas net, paire de chaussettes sales sous lit de bébé... poêle et casserole sales et 5 couteaux de table, 2 fois 5 assiettes l'appartement est pour 6... par contre appartement bien équipé ménager et vaisselle. Et surtout les explications……

“Über das Objekt selbst kann ih leider nichts sagen, da wir ja nicht rein gekommen sind!! Aber über die Organisation und die sogenannte Hilfe. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 5 minussterne geben. Es war ein reiner Marathon als wir nicht wie zu erwarten die Check In u. Check Out Daten bekommen haben. Bei jeder Kommunikation mit der Plattform immer wieder der der gleiche prüfprezess immer andere MA am Telefon von den der eine nichts wusste was der andere gemacht hat. Dann wurden wir mit der ganzen……
