“We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. ”

“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient.
If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one……

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
