"For this hotel to be a 5 star, it needs a face life. The rooms are too outdated. The location is perfect, right next to Times Square. I think it is overpriced for what you get but Hey it's NY, everything is expensive. No free WiFi in the rooms was disappointed. The staff were great, warm, helpful."

"Staff were wonderful from the moment you walk in. Joe at the front desk was amazing he saw a long line to check in and he immediately help everyone to pre check and guided us where to take our bags until the room was ready. Joe he is so nice and helpful he goes above and beyond with anything you need go ask Joe. Got a text message that room was ready for us before there actual check in time. Gesenia at the front desk checked us in when we got back from exploring the city. Gesenia was amazing she tells me what floor we would going to be and I asked if it was possible for a lower floor? And OMG!!! She looked and managed to give us a beautiful city view room was perfect location. She was so friendly nice I’ve honestly never been to such a friendly hotel like I’ve been. Row NYC will be my go to hotel. Best location in Times Square."

"This is an old hotel in NYC, so it has small rooms and is a bit funky but we really liked it. The rooms were clean. There was a pedestal sink in the bathroom (nice tile) so they had added a shelf for toiletries. The hot water was was a bit slow getting to the the 12th floor but it warmed up pretty quickly. The wall outlets were old and too loose for a phone charger but there was a charging station on the desk that works beautifully. The staff was extremely helpful and really seemed to want to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. The location is great. You can easily go to 96th street and catch a crosstown bus or an subway to go down or uptown. We would definitely consider staying there again."
