“Great property and location. ”

“Great location! 2 beach chairs and umbrella included every day ($45 cost daily). Pool is good. Clean and well maintained. Close to everything. Free internet access. Easy communication with host. Free parking included (a few blocks away, 5 min walk). Flexible check in and check out. Cons: A little bit old building. ”

“Great overall. We never did figure out how to get the spa passes that were included.”

“Everything was good except the bathroom which wasn't very clean. But the rest was good.”

“I had a great stay at this place in Miami! The property was very nice—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay super comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the location. It’s centrally located, so everything from restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife was easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a convenient and enjoyable Miami experience.”

“The room was very spacious and was in a fantastic location. I’d definitely stay there again.”

“Honestly, I was a little skeptical that the neighborhood would be rowdy and that it was going to be a dump because the price was so reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong. You can hear people in the hallway well but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was fine. The room was small but our was all we needed ”

“Room was great! Generally clean, with some aging in the bathroom and light fixtures. We’ve stayed at the other half of the resort in the hotel and will probably return to that side next visit due to the horrible elevator issues. Waiting 10-25 minutes for the only working elevator for it to finally arrive packed full was a little bit of a buzzkill. I know it’s not the hosts fault but it was a bummer. We took the stairs often from the 10th floor which sucked. Rumor has it that the elevators……

“Had the most amazing girls trip staying at The Fontainebleau but especially in our Residence Suite. It was the perfect size for the four of us ladies with a full kitchen and living area. We had access to everything. It was perfect.”

“The only suggestion I would make is to update the pull out couches. Mattresses are very uncomfortable and add a full length mirror for the girlies . Otherwise, great stay, great communication, great location!!! Thanks for the memories!!!!”

“clean, modern, great beach, warm service, loved the mini kitchen and interesting city/beach view. disliked pool music which had painfully loud bass line that could be heard and felt across the beach--headache inducing. also two of 4 elevators intended to serve Tressor Tower were out-of-service. this created a one-way "vertical commute time" to lobby/beach of 15-20 minutes.”

“My husband and I loved our stay. The room was very clean and stocked with extra towels. The room had a perfect view of the beach and cityscape. We enjoyed the many pools and beach every day. It was busy but we managed to find 2 chairs without too much difficultly. We arrived at 10 pm and couldn't get through the front door to check in. Lucklily, another guest was able to scan us in. We had an amazing time and plan on coming bqck.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your Fontainebleau Vrbo. It is a very nice suite with a great location. It was easy to access and we appreciated the parking convenience for our rental. I would suggest that the sofa bed mattress be replaced as it was very uncomfortable. The dryer did not work which was a minor issue. I would return to this property if the sofa bed was switched out. ”
