"Just an fyi-tv channels are sparse and what is on does not match the channel it says (example-tv said it was mtv but it was a weather station, said hbo, but was some sort of sport). There were several channels that were not available (Freeform, tnt, tbs). I spent my first evening watching friends reruns on Nickelodeon. Could not cast from my phone either."

"Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good! I had an issue with the thermostat and a leaking sink and a repair technician was sent over promptly to handle the problem' . The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was beautiful! I was irritated that the plumber just unlocked the door and came in without knocking and i wasnt notified that he was on his way over! Parking was basically on the street ! I couldn't always park on the driveway since other tenants didn't pull up enough to allow another car to park at the top of the driveway! The washer and dryer was an added bonus. It was nice being able to wash clothes before I left for home ! But i would stay again! Great little apartment in a great central and safe neighborhood in Austin! And at a great price also! "

"We had the opportunity to stay at this lakeside oasis over the last weekend and would honestly give it 5 stars if we could. Not only was the home beautiful and well appointed, but Dr. Jay was one of the most gracious and communicative hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The location was ideal with one of a kind lake views, a stunning pool, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and take it all in. If you are looking for your next lakeside escape, look no further than this property!"
