10/10 Excellent

"The food was amazing, unfortunately we were not able to get reservations anywhere but we did go to the buffet and the buffet was amazing! great staff as well! I would like to of heard more Caribbean music because all we heard was white music lol. I went to the club and they were playing spice girls. The Mj show was great! The beach was amazing. The staff around the resort was nothing short but amazing! We enjoyed our stay."

"The airport shuttle is a complete joke. We spent an hour outside with 2 infants and 6 adults lugging everything back and forth to multiple busses. When we finally got the bus, it was packed and the person in the back set had to hold the luggage from spilling forward. The check-in process rates as the worst I've seen in at least 10 years. This resort is confused. There is a toddler pool right beside an adults only pool bar?? Infants are breast feeding while women are twerking at the foam party right beside them? The resort touts itself as kid friendly, however, NONE of the A La Carte restaurants had a children's menu. Saying that, overall the food quality was good! The buffet and restaurant staff were awesome. Special mention goes to Javaun (spelling is wrong for sure) at the buffet. He was spectacular!"

"I was not aware that because I did not get the oceanfront view that I would not have a balcony maybe mishap on my part, but I haven’t been to an Island. There was not a balcony. I understand the room without a view of the ocean, but a room without a balcony , I did not enjoy . I also did not enjoy being closed off from the beach after 9 PM ! Lastly, for my five day visit, I never saw the main pool treated. The water was very cloudy."

"The ocean visibility is 100%, i think any room you book it will be. The management and staff is very nice 100% too. The building and rooms is very old fashion old, and dirty. I'm suspecting the linens are wash but it's been there for maybe 80 years so they look dirty and stain, so does everything including the building. The place is just run down. The price is definitely not worth it. So if you see the price gone up don't book it, unless you are desperate for shelter. This should be a cheap price hotel, oh and there are no amenities to this hotel only wifi. The location is in the middle of the strip, i guess that's what i pay for. "

"Hi, property looks great. A lot of flowers. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms a little small. Please pay attention that property offers only breakfast. There is no drinks or food to buy at the property. Always can order delivery or go to eat somewhere (10-15 min walk many options). Management very friendly. Thank you"
