“The studio was just as described. It was extremely quiet for being right in downtown. The free parking was a big plus. The Vista and Main Street are just a couple of blocks away. It was the perfect base for a short trip.”

“Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in……

“So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture.”

Loved the gated parking and security in the building, very safe. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Also, on the first floor so getting in and out with luggage and bags was easy.
