“A lovely little B&B close to the centre of Ilfracombe. Room was clean and well sized and the owners/staff and breakfast were great.”

“I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys……

“Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. ”

“Lovely little apartment over two floors within easy walking distance of town centre. Owner very accommodating. On street parking can be difficult at times. We enjoyed our short stay in Penryn.”

“Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It’s an old style building though- so you can hear people in the street or going up/down the corridor outside. Doesn’t bother me- but would be disturbing for a light sleeper. However- Ilfracombe is a sleepy Devon town so there is no noise after pubs shut or before 6am”
