"Great location and great price for the corner room with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed. Lots of closet space and great layout."

"Decent place, albeit a little small for a family of 4 but 1 stop away from Namba station and area. Rooms were clean, insuite laundry helps a great deal and overall safe and quiet spot."

"Clean room with plenty of space for up to 4 people. Good location only 10 minutes walk to most trains and main areas Decent size room with bed"

"Great location. The room was very adequate for us."

"Spacious, convenivent hotel"

"Great value! Will come back for future trip."

"Excellent apartment hotel, very clean, quiet and close to the train station."

"Great location in Osaka."

"Good location, clean room"

"This location was easily walkable to Dotonbori/Namba while being a little distance from train stations (but still reasonable)."

"Great location, would recommend"

"This is a great place to stay, close to 3 stations for exploring. The apartment had everything we needed, 5 out of 5, would highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at NOVI Dotonbori. Everything was new and clean, and it was a great spot for families with kids. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything in Dotonbori, but far enough from the action that it wasn't noisy or too busy. Would happily stay here again!"

"The check-in process was very complicated. There was an additional per-guest charge on top of the total booking fee, and access was not granted unless it was paid. Overall, the stay was average. There were no services available for long stays—we had to dispose of the trash ourselves every day. There was also no breakfast or dining facility on site."

"Place was pretty small, but everything else was great"

"Good location"

"It’s was an amazing place walking distance to every thing, but the only thing that would make it a better would be when check-in would be if they had a room with a lock that you can leave your bags if you get there early before checking in not to leave it in the foyer"

"A lovely two-night stay for two people. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout. It was also very convenient to have a supermarket and several wonderful restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!"

"Close to everything. Walking from here we were able to reach everything no problem. Great location and ample space in the unit"
