"This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and was disgusting. There were rat traps under the vending machines and it should be closed."

"Staff was nice and the room was clean. My only issue was being stuck in the elevator and not knowing how long it would take. The fire department had to get us out, it would have been nice to know we were waiting on the fire department. Even though it was only 20 to 30 minutes, it felt like forever."

"We booked 2 rooms for nearby Amherst College graduation. The hotel worked out perfectly (although we didn't get to try out the famous dining halls as they were already closed for the year), staff were always nice, the onsite parking at $6 was convenient and we were constantly amazed at how fast the elevators were. The only dings we had were the temperature control in the room was wonky - it got really hot and the a/c wouldn't come on because we were told the temp OUTSIDE was too cold? As we were on the 7th floor, they would not let us open the swing window (there's no safety mechanism). They brought up a fan but seems to be a known problem they might want to sort out. Also the continental breakfast was pretty slim - just waffles and some fruit. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay."

"El.primer cuarto que nos dieron olía a humo de cigarrillo cuando el hotel dice que es de no fumadores pero la muchacha que nos atendió muy hamable nos cambió rapido de habitación. La piscina estaba bn pero creo creo q le le hace falta mantenimiento y mas luz para el disfrute"
