"What a beautiful place! It was like staying on a large houseboat except we didn’t go anywhere and the fish came to us. It was very clean and very comfortable for four of us. We loved all the decor in the house and the family history displayed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need or want. Dean was very responsive when I sent a couple questions and when the power went out (it was VERY windy the first two days) he texted updates (it was only out about an hour and a half). The area was safe, the neighbors were friendly and the bait store was very close by and Todd was very informative. We caught a lot of fish (fishing on the side of the house that wasn’t windy the first two days) and also blue crab! We catch and release so it’s all still there for next time. There was also lots of space for quiet time and relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time together and made lots of fun memories!"

The front desk and dining area were consistently staffed with beyond excellent works on every rotation. Very helpful, very plesant. The view from our room was beautiful. Great view of St John River and a beautiful fountain to boot."
