「I was denied entry as the booking was apparently not shared with the proprietor. Validation code was not recognised. No help was available and I spent a very cold night ‘sleeping’ in the car. Absolutely disgraceful. 」

Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. 「Carpet has never been cleaned. Shower drainage blocked. The door key snapped when I tried to unlock. They wanted me to pay £90 for the key. The room smelled bad. It’s a guest house for people with no standards 」

「dog friendly, staff a bit inexperienced as breakfast was not set up this may be due to time of year and not usual staff member as l was the only guest, room and facilities need a spruce up. 」
