“房間舒適也很乾淨.大小也適中.我們的三床房在地下室,英國的地下室房間離路面還有一個陽台的距離,有窗戶,採光和通風沒有問題..附近就有很多人氣餐館.Glasgow大學走路幾分鐘,美麗的建築令人印象深刻.這裡的住宿環境比火車站商圈來得清幽,我們開車來,旅館有提供2英鎊的停車券,可以在街道或附近公共停車場停下午4點到隔天10點,相當方便.早餐很豐盛.是個不錯的住宿選擇.”

“Well, I wish I could leave zero stars. We never gained access to the property. No one answered and we never received the access code. Had to find another hotel last minute and still no communication from hotel or Hotels.com. We booked this months ago to attend a concert, I tried contacting the hotel in the days leading up to us arriving but no response. Will be requesting a full refund. Avoid!”

“House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get……

“I can't say enough about the Sugar Boat....check in, personnel, food.. all incredible. The location is perfect..right in the middle of a pedestrian square. Every single interaction we had with the staff couldn't have been more positive. Wonderful experience!”

“Dan greeted me at the door and was extremely pleasant. He clearly explained all the options we had and the rooms and how they handled breakfast in the morning. Everything went smoothly. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was perfect for what I needed. The view was amazing from my room.”

“dog friendly, staff a bit inexperienced as breakfast was not set up this may be due to time of year and not usual staff member as l was the only guest, room and facilities need a spruce up. ”
