"The rooms were very clean well prented But the tv remote control not working i let to know to the girl from customer service but never fixed it The breakfast very very poor no eggs no sausages just bagels cereal coffee and couple apples"

"Overall, it was a nice 2 day stay. 2 issues.... The settings for the a/c unit couldn't be used. We had to take what it was set at, and their breakfast wasn't available due to an "oven" problem."

"The rooms were clean and the only thing negative was the lack of extra bedding and pillows for the sofa-bed. The breakfast was excellent with an abundant of choices. The location was perfect for all the activities and the staff was friendly and informative. I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls. It was truly a wonderful stay."
