「Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Tout le transfert depuis l’aéroport a été organisé par Raquel. Malgré le retard de l’avion, elle était en contact constant pour nous rassurer sur la disponibilité du bateau. Nous étions attendus avec soins malgré notre arrivée tardive.

「The property is stunning and luxurious! Ivan the property manager was graceful and friendly, making us feel at home. He was incredibly attentive and prompt. The staff was very attentive and eager to assist with any request. I strongly recommend staying at least two nights. The day parties are lively and full of energy. 」

「After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night.
