“Rooms were very nice and clean. Wish they offered buffet for dinner. The pool needed additional cleaning above water line on top tiles....black mold on lots of areas. Excellent margaritas at Sabor but definitely different taste at pool bar. They need to use same mixers. Enjoyed out stay with the awesome beach area.”

“It was awesome that the property was right on the beach and had a gorgeous pool. It was also right next to the Mayan Beach Club restaurant and bar where you got discounts on food and drinks for staying at Nautibeach Condos. Nautibeach also had staff that would set up your lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach wherever you wanted it. You could also get service on the beach from the staff at the Myan Beach Club if you wanted food and drinks. The location was great as it was on the best beach and……

“Excellent clean hotel. It’s right in the middle of main restaurant area and near Playa Centro & Playa Norte. Also near La Trigueña & centro area. They clean rooms daily, unless you say otherwise. They have water cooler on each floor & friendly front desk clerk majority of the day along with night guard late at night/early morning. Air conditioning & fan are on point. Fridge included with is definitely a plus. I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend this hotel.”

“The shower was awful with water spraying out everywhere but little pressure. Couldn’t even get my hair wet. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and they did come and fix the shower and toilet. Ants in the kitchen area. Told them abs I was told it was from rain. WiFi was out for 2 days was told from weather although all the other places we went had wifi. Never came to clean the room. I requested towels and garbage removal. They brought towels but never took garbage. Was told when we got there they……

“Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. ”

“Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. ”

“Beautiful room with everything you need (fridge, coffee maker, soaps, TV with Netflix log in). WiFi was good. There were both a ceiling fan and AC. They offer beach towels, but don't have very many, so make sure you ask early or bring your own. All in all the room was very comfortable. Location is good, 10 mins walk to the North beach and 3 min walk from the main street. 3 mins to the ferry terminal. The staff was polite enough, but not very friendly. We felt like we were an annoyance to them,……
