“The condo was spacious and very well equipped. Location was right at the beach, so we could leave chairs (provided) and go back and forth. The Historical District is a 5 min drive with shops and amazing restaurants. There are also two good restaurants by the condo. Owner also provided a gorgeous full moon over the ocean one evening!”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. She was responsive in answering questions that arose. We loved being able to walk down and be on the beach in a matter of moments. We would certainly stay here again.”

“The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!”

This gorgeous, Victorian-style home is beautifully appointed and conveniently located close to the beach as well as amazing restaurants and an adorably walkable downtown area. -- The home itself is elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere that is quietly romantic. Each guest room is perfectly and uniquely decorated. We especially enjoyed the abundance of conversation areas and reading nooks. It is also well-stocked with anything a guest may need for……

“We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.”

“Very nice experience! Walk right out to the beach and pool. My kids loved seeing the tortoises in the little courtyard! Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that little “kitchenette” area is somewhat awkward. Overall, we had a great trip!”

“Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy.”
