「This was a wonderful hotel! The staff was friendly. We had a great nights rest. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Close to Dollar General if you forgot to pack something. The breakfast was nice with eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, bagels, blueberry muffins, etc. This hotel was very clean! 」

「Kendrick and the front desk staff were amazing! Kind, accommodating and truly a joy to see everyday! The room was not cleaned to my standards of clean. Stains on the furniture and ceiling. Not many items in the cabinets for use and what was in there was dirty. 」

「The staff was very accommodating. We asked to change rooms, away from street noise and they happily moved us. We travel with 2 small dogs, and they were welcomed. Our only negative was that there was no breakfast included. Just rolls and coffee or some apples/oranges would be a nice touch. 」

「The night auditor was great and great customer service . I would have gave 5 starts but when entering the building the smell was offensive so I just knew my room was going to smell the same way and it did. 」

「Great stay! We arrived early with a baby and they allowed us to check in as soon as the first room was available for no extra charge. Tons of comfy seating in the lobby to wait if necessary. The property is new and clean. Room is spacious and had everything we need for us, our 9 year old and our infant. Definitely staying there again when we come into town. 」

「The floors were dirty, gum was stuck on the carpet, trash on the floor, the pantry liner from a bathing suite or something was stuck on the side table. The parking lot was a hangout. People were being loud out my window through the night. 」

「Parking lot was a mess. Management should have at Least put salt down to melt the ice. It was super dangerous to walk to your car. 」

「Walk in front door and smells like dirty mop water and piss. Mold in room. No tissues. Room smells like bleach. Sat in desk chair and chemicals burnt skin. Did not shower this night. Was afraid of chemicals.」
