「Nothing special」

「Close enough to grinnell college. The fridge was making a lot of noise had tv issue . Staff fixed the issue. No phones in the room to call front desk. Breakfast room was small so since a lot of people staying it was crowded . For the price I paid it is what it is. If you are disabled make sure u don’t get a room in second floor . Because no elevator at this location」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room clean.」

「If I could rate this place a zero I would. Absolutely horrible experience at this horrible hotel and I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We found actual bed bugs in our room and have pictures to prove it. This was not a suspicion or misunderstanding; there were bed bugs in the room, and the room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. We were there for less than 5 hours before we had to leave because we were not going to risk staying in a room with bed bugs. What makes this even...

「The facilities are quite outdated and needed for a renovation.」

「Beautiful property, Close to Newton Iowa.」

「The best place to say in Newton. Comfortable and roomy apartment, easy parking, and walking access to downtown. The bed is comfortable and it has a decent shower.」

「Terrible experience all around.」
