“What an outstanding property!!! I have been going to Hilton Head for 45 years and this is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Evian is one of the oldest complexes in Shipyard Plantation but this unit was totally updated beautifully. The unit is 2 stories with both bedrooms upstairs with a very nice size master and the second bedroom had 2 queen beds . Donna and Tom DeChant were wonderful hosts-very communicative, kind, helpful. This property deserves all the great reviews-I would……

“Lovely condo with peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The highlights were the spacious living room, large dining room table, two doors to let in ocean breeze! Easy walk to pool, Salty Dog, Ice Cream, Pizza and a few stores! A couple things to note…the pool probably doesn’t have to be booked before you go. That way if it rains you haven’t paid for it. We paid in advance and didn’t even use it. The walk to the beach was easy, but it wasn’t beach with waves, etc. You can see the land across so move……

“We loved staying at 5 Beach Club Villas. The place was exactly as described! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry area: cookware, glasses, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. They even had Cling Wrap and Aluminum Foil!!! When we called about shampoo, they delivered the next morning.We appreciated the proximity to the beach. The beach area in front of the villas was not too crowded even for Spring Break/Holiday week. It was so nice to have beach chairs there.We did……

“Great location to easy beach access. Only thing is if you are on a bottom floor you hear so much from the above neighbors all night. Like simply walking or moving things against the floors are so loud.”
