「My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

「The house was great, and the views were beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough, and there was plenty of hang-out space, where we could all hang out together or have the kids in one space and the grown-ups in a different space. The only negative is the parking situation... parking is not right next to the house, but by a neighboring house on the property, in a shared driveway. Parking is limited to 3 cars for this property. The guests in the other house on the property parked WAY...
